Welcome to Day Eleven! I read this week that children laugh an average of 100 times a day whereas adults laugh an average of 14 times a day. At what point do we lose our delight in ourselves and the world around us? We are here for joy!

Your Gratitude Journal – Read over your list of gratitudes today. The assignment today is: write down a few things that have made you laugh over the last month (if you have to go further back into your history, that’s ok – but I would suggest a little more laughter in the future). Being thankful for laughter and people we can laugh with!

Today's Meditation – Keep practicing your toning and try toning (or at least listening to the music when you start to feel a bit ‘off’ – watch your day shift!)

Giving to Others – I heard someone say yesterday that “kindness is the only real religion.” Share a kind word today.

Today’s Abraham – “When you find some unwanted thing that you want to shout “no” at, shout briefly, and then turn your attention to the thing you do want. Any attention to anything is a practicing of the vibration that will bring it unto you.”

Welcome to Day Twelve!

Desire is a principle component of the language of the soul. Desire may be the voice of Spirit flowing through you. Open up to it. Collect a little data from your day -what do you see that you would like to add to your life? What qualities would you like to include in your life? What are you longing for right now?

Your Gratitude Journal - We are making more and more conscious choices to live in the bright state of gratitude. There are countless gifts. Write down a few of them today - write down the ones that really please you -write down the ones that really excite you - write down the ones that really touch your heart.

Today's Meditation – Let’s do the toning-meditation for 10 min. twice today. If you can fall asleep listening to the music and toning that’s even better.

Welcome to Day Thirteen!

Today I invite you to begin thinking about your Inner Being. I want us to open ourselves to our intuitive voice. Intuition speaks in different ways at different times. It can come to us in thoughts, emotions, words, images, sounds, or physical sensations. It can also come to us in messages from the world around us – a phrase from a book, a line from a movie or a comment from a friend. When we listen, the Universe will speak.

As we begin to open ourselves to guidance, we may be confused by the different kinds of messages. Some messages may be based on impulse, reactions, fear, ego, voices from the past. How can you tell the difference? Intuition is going to have a strong feeling of ‘knowing.’ Your intuitive voice always seeks the very best for you. Over time, you will develop a keen sense of ‘knowing’ where your message is coming from. I read this week about a process called ‘visioning’ that was developed by Michael Beckwith (from the book “Seeing God at Work”). I want to share that process with you today. This is a process that can help you expand the good in your life for the rest of your life.

Set aside twenty minutes of uninterrupted time in a space that is as free as possible of distractions. Have your Destination Transformation Journal handy. I’ll share the process at our Quiet Place today.

Your Gratitude Journal – Express. That’s a great word. What you express – will come back to you. The highest of vibrations is Gratitude. When we express the highest of vibrations, we attract more and more things (and people, situations) into our lives for which to be grateful. Life is good when we can be thankful. Write 3 gratitiudes this morning and 3 more tonight. Remember to feel them. We’re not just in the head – we are also reaching deep into our hearts.

Today's Meditation – Today let’s do the Visioning Process. This is going to be a little longer – about 20 minutes. Remind yourself that you have internal access to great wisdom. Know that guidance is available to you. As you pose the following questions, allow yourself at least two minutes of quiet in which your intuition will present you with messages in the form of thoughts, feelings, words, images or physical sensations. Without judging, simply note what is coming into your awareness. (You can ‘time’ the 2 minutes of stillness by letting the toning-meditation play on line. In this way you can have a sense of how long you’re taking with each question without a timer or clock.)

Now think of a situation for which you would like guidance from your Inner Being. ASK:

1. What does my Inner Being have to say about this situation? (allow two minutes of stillness)

2. What does my Inner Being tell me about the part I have to play in this situation? (allow two minutes of stillness)

3. What do I need to release in order for my Inner Being to guide me successfully in this situation? (allow two minutes of stillness)

4. What is my next step to reveal more good in this situation? (allow two minutes of stillness)

When you have posed all the questions and allowed time for answers, write down anything that came to you during this Quiet time. Spend a few minutes reflecting on what these things mean. The meaning may be obvious for some of the things that emerge. Other things may seem mystifying: like images in a dream, their meaning may become clear over time. Conclude by inviting your intuitive voice to continue to provide you with wisdom and guidance toward right action in this situation.

Giving to Others – Comfort zones are nonphysical structures that extend out on either side of us, like fields of energy. Within them are our customs, hobbies, and usual ways of interacting. Outside of them is everything else. I know we feel uneasy when we step outside our comfort zone but when we stay outside the zone for awhile something magical happens – the zone expands. Do you know what that’s called? Transformation. It’s good to widen our comfort zone and that’s what the uplift is all about. Today share a word of uplift with someone. If that doesn’t stretch you – then keep sharing until you do feel stretched just a bit. You are fantastic!

Today’s Abraham – “Nothing that has ever happened has anything to do with now, unless, in my now, I continue to think and speak about it. Fresh new thoughts today will always give me a fresh new experience.”

Welcome to Day 14.

I know you are doing well. When I rolled out of bed today I felt ok. Started doing my morning questions and in less than five minutes – I was feeling great. Excited. Motivated. Ready to go. It’s amazing how easily we can set up our day for joy and excitement with just a few questions. Just think of what quality you would like in your life and turn it into a question. Easy? Yes!

Your Gratitude Journal - Keep that gratitude list going. It’s really growing. It will be one of your most powerful tools.

Today's Meditation – Along with your toning-meditation, try a technique called “Noting.” This simple yet powerful technique enables you to focus your attention. Here’s a brief preview of noting. Try this now (first read and then try):

Take a deep breath and gently close your eyes and relax. Are you drawn to a prominent sensation somewhere, internally or externally? You may feel that an area of your body just ‘lights up.’ Good. Note where it is. You need not label the exact body part or area where the sensation is located. Just give your attention to that part of your body. Soon another part of your body will light up. Treat it as you did the first area. Just observe it. When thoughts arise, just notice them. No need to get involved. Gently return to the place where you sense your dominant body sensation. Observe the sensation without analysis or judgment. Just watch. The only thing you need to do is sense the sensation, note it, and direct your awareness to it.

[There are several ways to try this technique: With no music or toning; with music only; with toning only. Just pay attention to how it feels. There’s no right or wrong to it, just see where your attention goes.]

Here’s the key: When you’re noting a body sensation, just note it.

When you’re watching your breath, just watch it.

When you hear a sound, just hear it.

Giving to Others – Love makes the world go round. Pick a loving word today – think about that – who would you like to share it with? Choose somebody and tell them: I really love you. You can do it in person or on the phone. Have fun!

Today’s Abraham – “If you had only one goal, and that was to feel good, you would live successfully and happily – and in a way of fulfilling your life’s purpose – ever after.”

DAY 15

What’s up? Never mind – I already know – YOU are! Hello high vibrating friend. Welcome to Day 15. I love words. Words have such power for good. The shaman said, “Choose your words wisely – they are your most powerful tool.”

Here’s the truth: when we talk about something, we bring it more fully to our attention. The more we speak about something, the more it commands our attention, and the more it will influence our experience.

This principle applies not only to what we say, but also to what we spend time listening to others say, either in conversation or in the media. We can begin to shape our experience by taking control of what we say, as well as what we absorb through listening and reading.

Today, take the first step in changing your experience for the better by becoming aware of exactly what you are paying attention to through the use of your own words and through what you are listening to.

Take a moment right now and write three things in your Destination Transformation Journal that you spend the most time talking about during the day. Are there certain emotional qualities associated with these topics? Here’s the big question – Is there any connection between what you spend your time talking about and the things that happen to you? Write down the thoughts that come to mind. We attract through our feelings and sometimes our feelings are affected by our words.

Remind Yourself: I consciously choose what I speak about and listen to.

Your Gratitude Journal – Three Gratitudes in the AM and three gratitudes in the PM.

Today's Meditation – Try experimenting with the toning-meditation: try 2 min. of meditating while listening to the music without singing. Try singing without the music for a couple of minutes and then try 2 min. of meditating without music or singing. Just see how you feel. Then go back to the toning-meditation. How do you feel?

Giving to Others – Say something nice to a stranger. Purpose: Upliftment.

Today’s Abraham – “In allowing your desire to come to you, you not only gain the satisfaction of having received it – you also gain a whole new perspective from which to desire more.”

Welcome to Day 16!

What are you expecting? What are your intentions? What do you want? Desires – anyone? Are you knowing what you are wanting?

If you are not sure what you want right now – perhaps you do know:

1. What you’ve never had and what you don’t want

2. What you have had and do not desire to repeat

3. What you have now and desire to get rid of

4. What you once had that was nice and something like it would be wonderful now

5. What you’ve never had, but can fondly imagine, and will accept as soon as you’ve assembled enough reasons to give yourself permission to acquire

Any of these areas of exploration can draw us closer to our heart’s desire. #1 eliminates a lot of distractions. #2 and #3 look like ‘mistakes’ – but creative, determined people don’t shun these in the learning process. What about them is unworkable or distasteful? Strip away the fear, whittle down the objections, and we’ll find most valuable insights.

We are not simply wanting something better to happen, we know something better is happening. Understanding it will mostly remind you of #5 on the list: we do know what we want, we just haven’t identified it as such because it doesn’t fit our accepted criteria. Our hearts know but our heads get scared at the prospect of failure. So – what do you desire? Explore. Feel. Think.

Your Gratitude Journal – “One single grateful thought raised to heaven is the most perfect prayer.” (G. E. Lessing)

The one sure way to solidify our acceptance of the things we desire is to be grateful for them before they become apparent in our lives. Being grateful blesses every area of our lives. It raises our vibration and that means good stuff is on the way.

Be grateful for all the good in your life and all the good that surrounds you today. You can enlarge, magnify, and multiply those things by appreciating them. So what would you like more of in your life? Gratitude it. Write down six things or people you’re grateful for. Feel the gratitude.

Today's Meditation – What are you discovering about the power of toning and psychoacoustic music? Amazing isn’t it? Keep going! At least twice today for 10 min. Also try just listening to the music when you want to calm your thoughts – or if you’re trying to calm a child, it works wonders!!

Giving to Others – Share an encouraging word with anything that is living. See the divinity in everything. Salute it. Compliment it. Let’s go wild today and share 3 uplifts to plants, animals or human. If it’s alive – love it. Lift it.

Welcome to Day 17

Today I want to share with you one of the Abraham’s exercise. They’re always fun and the weekend will give you a little more time to open up your heart.

The Focus Wheel

"The purpose of the Focus Wheel is to feel relief."

"The following is an excerpt of how Abraham answered someone who was asking about poor eyesight. It is from the tape done in Los Angeles in December 1995. They called it a "focus wheel."

Sample focus wheel:

Draw a circle on a paper. Make it about the size of a doubled up fist. Now write the following in little letters like you're writing around the dial on a clock.

About where 12:00 is write:

• I love my physical body.

• Then in another place around the dial a bit further write:

• My body has treated me so very well.

• Then in another place around the dial a bit further write:

• This physical mechanism is magnificent!

• Then in another place around the dial a bit further write:

• Ingenious invention this physical body

• Then in another place around the dial a bit further write:

• Nonphysical really outdid itself with this physical body.

• Then in another place around the dial a bit further write:

• Amazing muscles, vessels, organs, nerves.

• Then in another place around the dial a bit further write:

• This body thrives

Then in another place around the dial a bit further write:

I feel good in my body.

Then go back to the first thing that you have written, read it & draw a line from the words inward to the center of the circle (you are making a wheel). And then the next, read it & draw it inward, inward, inward, & right in the center of the circle write ALL IS WELL WITH MY BODY.

We call this a focus wheel because in the time you were writing your thoughts about your physical body were pure thoughts. No contradictory vibration anywhere there. So law of attraction is now responding to pure vibration & in those 2 minutes you would accomplish about 5 years worth of eye push ups. Just remember that what you are wanting to do. Now somewhere on your paper draw a little circle & that circle is your creation box, it is your creative arena & inside it write the word PURIFY. For that is what this creation box will do for you, it will help you to purify your own thought in relation to any desire you may have. Then watch what happens.

The focus wheel process is about purifying your vibration on a particular subject. Remember, Abraham has said, "Want it, and vibrate it, and it is." Our job is to make our vibration higher, faster and purer, all the time. And all the Abraham processes are designed to do that in one way or another. However, Abraham has stated on several tapes that the focus wheel is particularly good for taking a conflicting vibration and making it more aligned.

Abraham also often says that it is easier to get to a place of pure vibration by using general statements than specific ones. Each statement in the focus wheel needs to be checked out inside us to see if we truly feel good when we write it. Otherwise, change it to another statement you can feel good about. By adding one general statement on top of the others around the wheel, we gradually get to a more and more specific statement that still allows us to feel good. It doesn't really matter how many statements you have, Abraham has given examples with as few as six statements. I have done them with as many as 20 or 25. Put in as many as you can playfully, easily, joyously think up, and declare it complete because it feels that way to you!

I believe, and my Inner Being has confirmed that, at least for me, there is special power in the focus wheel BECAUSE of turning the page. Thinking in a circle format is an intensifying activity, that seems to align the energy quicker and more fully, stimulating creativity and the flow of ideas. Perhaps it has to do with thinking it out in a circle creating a stronger electromagnetic field, which aligns the energy more easily, bringing greater order and flow. Maybe the circle motion connects the two sides of the brain more easily?

Abraham has explained that the purpose of the focus wheel process is to adopt a belief that you want to have that you do not already. They said that when you begin you already know the end result. I interpreted that to mean that the belief you are shooting for is the statement that eventually ends up in the middle.

On the outside of the circle, the statements that you write around it are supposed to be things that you already believe/have little resistance to that would support the belief you want. The example at this workshop was that the guy wanted to be drumming on tour with a band. So they suggested statements like, "People love to hear me play." (the guy agreed), and "I enjoy playing with others.", and "I enjoy playing for others." (agreed with both). They did toss out a few statements with which he didn't agree, and also said there was one to which he nodded "yes", but vibrated "no" (didn't tell us which one). They suggested he play with it.

Another sample focus wheel: Focus wheel for aligning energy in direction of, allowing more abundance in the form of money...direct from the mouth of Esther/Abe.

1. Things are getting better and better for me.

2. I know that the universe is abundant in all things.

3. As I learn to align with the things that I want, they will flow to me.

4. I am abundant in many ways! I am feeling more alive, vital and full of energy.

5. There are all kinds of ways for dollars to flow to me. I haven't even begun to scratch the surface of the possibilities/probabilities.

6. I know that abundance abounds. and I am getting closer to more avenues through which it will flow to me. I can feel it now.

7. It is exhilarating to find things that I want, and it is so satisfying to know that the universe will find a way to deliver it.

8. All things that I want are flowing to me.

9. At the very center write: ABUNDANCE ABOUNDS!

10. I know that dollars are on their way to me, because I am experiencing it as so.

Assignment: Take a desire you have for your life, perhaps one that hasn't come to fruition quickly. Allow yourself at least 15 minutes when you can play with a focus wheel on this subject. Writing focuses your attention, and allows you to be more consistently positive than just thinking about your desires. Have fun with it! Make it as elaborate as you like. As long as the details feel good, you are doing very well!

Today's Meditation – Enjoy your time of quiet today – at least 8 minutes worth.

Giving to Others – Encourage someone with your words today – stranger or friend.

Today’s Abraham – “Within every particle of the Universe is that which is wanted, and lack of it. By looking for the positive aspects of whatever you are giving your attention to, you maintain your connection to Well-being.”

Welcome to Day 18.

You know what we say – there is nothing more important than Feeling Good! Yes. Here’s what Neville said, “Get into the spirit of the state desired by assuming the feeling that would be yours were you already the one you want to be.”

I’ll give you an experience I had of this. I was about 23 years old and working as a waitress in New York City when the restaurant manager asked, “Have you ever been in psychotherapy?” I laughed and said, “No. Why do you ask?” He said, “Well, you’ve been working here for six months and you’re happy all the time.”

I thought about that for a minute, because I knew I wasn’t always happy, and then I realized that if I was tired or grumpy when I got to work (I knew I make good tips) so I developed a habit of pretending to be happy while I was setting tables. I’d ‘pretend’ to be happy for about five or ten minutes, and suddenly I was happy – no ‘pretending’ required – and it works EVERY time!

As you know, we can think all day about things we want to happen, and have none of them happen. But when we develop a strong positive expectant happy feeling pattern around something – bam – it is ours. As I think back over my life, the pivotal moments have been moments of deep feeling.

We really live our lives to the degree that we feel them. That is the best signpost – how you feel. If we simply stay in our head – it’s rather an empty existence. Today I invite you to feel the presence of Spirit right where you are. I invite you to feel your desire. I invite you to feel where you are. If you’re not pleased with where you are right now – no need to try for a quantum leap – just find the best feeling-thought possible and go for that. One step up the vibrational ladder is great. If you can move one step then you can just keep doing the same thing. That means you can go anywhere – one step at a time. Now that’s power my friend. And you’ve got it!

How do you take that ‘one step’ up the vibrational scale? The toning-meditation! Yep. It works effortlessly and easily. Just notice how you feel before toning and after. You’ll see that you feel a bit better every time. It works on the same principle as ‘pretending’ to be happy and then suddenly feeling happy. You’ll see.

Your Gratitude Journal – What one of the highest vibrations you can reach? Appreciation. Today I’d like you to write down 10 (yes – you read that number right – ten) things that you really appreciate about YOU. Choose from body, mind, spirit. Love yourself today. Appreciate who you are today. Go ahead a give yourself a kiss. You deserve it.

Today's Meditation: Keep toning – notice the little miracles that are taking place all around you.

Giving to Others - Share the kindness that you feel in your heart. Do you see someone with eyes downcast? Lift them.

Today’s Abraham – “Because my Inner Being offers a strong and steady vibrational signal, I can always feel my allowance or resistance to that signal. The better I feel, the more aligned I am. The worse I feel, the more out of alignment I am. As I reach for good-feeling emotions, I am in alignment with the signal of my Source.”

Welcome to Day 19.

“Every day is a good day,” says a Zen Master. Let’s make that our creed for today. Enjoy your life today – every moment of it: It is all you really have right now. I thought you might enjoy some of the basic beliefs of Abraham today. It’s a lot to take in – take it slow. It’s good stuff:

You are a Physical Extension of that which is Non-physical. All-That-Is, or God, is not finished and waiting for you to catch up. You are the leading edge of thought, here seeking more: more of all that feels good to you, more of that which is fresh and gloriously uplifting. (You are, in essence, bringing heaven to earth.)

You are here in this body because you chose to be here.

You wanted the opportunity to experience this delicious contrast in time and space, and with great anticipation you came to co-create with other joy-seeking beings, to fine-tune the process of deliberate thought. (What, where, when and with whom are your choices, too.)

The basis of your life is Freedom; the purpose of your life is Joy.

You are free to choose to discover new avenues for joy. In your joy you will grow, and in your joyous growth you will add to the growth experience of All-That-Is. (However, you are also free to choose bondage or pain.)

You are a creator; you create with your every thought.

You often create by default, for you are getting what you are giving your attention to wanted or unwanted but you know by how it feels if what you are getting (creating) is what you are wanting or if it is not what you are wanting. (Where is your attention focused?)

Anything that you can imagine is yours to be or do or have.

As you ask yourself why you want it, the essence of your desire is activated, and the Universe begins to bring it to you. The more intense your positive feelings, the faster it is coming to you. (It is as easy to create a castle as a button.)

You are choosing your creations as you are choosing your thoughts.

Your loving, Inner Being offers guidance in the form of emotion. Entertain a wanted or unwanted thought and you feel a wanted or unwanted emotion. Choose to change the thought and you've changed the emotion and the creation. (Make more choices in every day.)

The Universe adores you; for it knows your broadest intentions.

You have come to earth with great intentions, and the Universe constantly guides you on your chosen path. When you are feeling good, you are, in that moment, allowing more of that which you have intended from your broader perspective. (You are Spirit Incarnate.)

Relax into your natural Well-being. All is well. (Really it is!)

The essence of all that you appreciate is constantly flowing into your reality. As you find more things to appreciate, your state of appreciation opens more avenues to more to feel appreciation for. (As you think you vibrate. As you vibrate you attract.)
You are a creator of thoughtways on your unique path of joy.

No one can limit where you can direct your thought. There are no limits to your joyous journeys to experience. On the path to your happiness you will discover all that you want to be or do or have. (Allowing others their experiences allows you yours.)

Actions to be taken and money to be exchanged are by-products of your focus on joy.

On your deliberately joyous journey your actions will be inspired, your resources will be abundant and you will know by the way you feel that you are fulfilling your reason for life. (Most have this one backwards, therefore most feel little joy in their actions or their possessions.)

You may appropriately depart your body without illness or pain.

You need not attract illness or pain as an excuse to leave. Your natural state coming, remaining or leaving is that of health and of Well-being. (You are free to choose otherwise.)

You can not die; you are Everlasting Life.

In grace, you may choose to relax and allow your gentle transition back into your Non-physical state of pure, positive Energy. Your natural state is that of Foreverness. (Have fun with all of this. Lighten up! You can't get it wrong.)

P.S. It is not necessary for even one other person to understand the Laws of the Universe or the processes that we are offering here in order for you to have a wonderful, happy, productive Life Experience for you are the attractor of your experience. Just you!

Your Gratitude Journal – Who are your friends today – present and past. Write their names down. Six of them. Feel their presence.

Today's Meditation: Stay with the toning-meditation twice today. For the few days try giving up the newspaper and watching the news: If you can do this until the end of ET that would be even better. (I gave it all up about 20 years ago. I discovered that if something is really important for me to know, I’ll find out.)

Giving to Others – Use that great device called a phone. Or, write a letter. You might want to choose one of your six on your gratitude list today. Communicate with one of them – tell them that you love them. Ahhh – that feels nice.

Today’s Abraham – “You keep thinking there is a shortage of abundance, but shortage is only a perception. There is a never-ending stream of abundance; there is no shortage whatsoever.”

Welcome to Day 20!

I keep thinking about this NOW moment. It really is all that we have. Feel that? Right now. Where do you live most of the time? Have you ever looked at your calendar and then decided what kind of day it was going to be? Conditions of the day sometimes are in charge of our state of being. No more. We’re bigger than that.

How can we switch to that kind of thinking? First, we have to decide who is our Source and then we must know that joy comes from within.

When we continue to think of another time, looking back or forward in time, it prevents us from experiencing God and the magic of life in each moment. There are 86,400 seconds in a day. Do we live them today or some other day? Are just some moments magical? Who decides which ones are magical? Is it possible that all moments hold the possibility of magic?

Remind Yourself: I hold each moment of my life to be sacred.

Your Gratitude Journal – Record 6 things you are thankful for. Read them in the morning and before going to bed.

Today's Meditation – Enjoy the inner Quiet as you do the toning-meditation. Enjoy. Allow. Feel. Listen. Experience.

Giving to Others – Share your love with someone – you choose how. Pretend you only have today. No tomorrow – just today.

Today’s Abraham – “You create with your every thought. By the Universal law of Attraction (that which is like unto itself is drawn), you are attracting the essence of whatever you are giving your attention to – wanted or unwanted.”
